Click on test. On the right panel,right click and create a DWORD value.

Name it as 'plural'. By double clicking,change the default value to 1

                  Facebook has announced a new product that will compete directly with the e-mail services provided by Yahoo, Microsoft, Google, and AOL. Facebook believes traditional e-mail is too slow and cumbersome; it needs be brought into the modern world of messaging. The site has thus launched Facebook Messages, which merges texts, online chats, and e-mails into one central hub. Users see all of them in their Social Inbox and can reply in any way they want. The social networking giant says this product is the biggest it has worked on to date.

Facebook Messages' main goal is to ensure users "see the messages that matter". Facebook has 500 million users (more than any other e-mail service) and all of them will eventually be offered a @facebook.com e-mail address. That being said, the new system will be closer to chat (messages get sent when you hit the Enter key) than traditional e-mail: there will be no subject lines, nor cc or bcc fields. Incoming message will be placed in one of three folders: Friends, Other (for things like bank statements), and Junk. Users can choose to store conversations so that they can have a complete archive of communications with a given person...

The new product will be introduced slowly over the next few months. Once you receive an invitation, you'll be able to get started and also invite friends.

           "This is not an e-mail killer," Facebook co-founder Mark Zuckerberg announced. "Maybe we can help push the way people do messaging more towards this simple, real-time, immediate personal experience. E-mail is still really important to a lot of people. We think this simple messaging is how people will shift their communication."

I m here to tell u a trick to add up ur name in place of AM and PM beside time and make urself to feel proud among ur group of frnds.

Its simple
Start -> Control Pannel -> Regional and LAnguage option -> Customize (beside English US) -> Go to TIME tab -> Change AM symbol and PM symbol from AM and PM to ur name -> Apply ->
 Ok ...
IS it changed ??? Might be not ...Now go to time in taskbar and Double Click it to open "Date and time property" ...Look place where time chnges in digital form i.e. 02:47:52 AM , click to arrow to cnage the AM or PM by selecting and press arrow. It will Show ur name or name that was entered by u, Apply -> OK and be HAPPY ...

and click on the Hex option to convert it (1 million in hex is F4240.) Pad 
the result with zeroes at the left until the file size reaches eight 
digits 000F4240. 

Now open a command prompt window. In Windows 95, 98, or 
Me, you can do this by entering COMMAND in the Start menu's Run dialog; in 
Windows NT 4.0, 2000, or XP enter CMD instead. Enter the command DEBUG 
BIGFILE.DAT and ignore the File not found message. Type RCX and press 
Enter. Debug will display a colon prompt. Enter the last four digits of the 
hexadecimal number you calculated (4240, in our example). Type RBX and 
press Enter, then enter the first four digits of the hexadecimal size 
(000F, in our example). Enter W for Write and Q for Quit. You've just 
created a 1-million-byte file using Debug. Of course you can create a file 
of any desired size using the same technique...

It is the fact that the number of viruses, Trojans, and other threats targeting Windows is greater than the number of those targeting the Macintosh. However, 95 percent of those responding to a survey conducted by Sophos believe that Macs will be targeted more and more in the future.

So as to deal with this growing threat, Sophos on Monday informed the launch of Sophos Anti-Virus Home Edition for Mac. Thanks to free for home use, this tool will detect customers against all known malware, consisting of both Mac- and Windows-specific threats such as Trojan horses, viruses, worms and spyware. Most of other security companies seem to approve with this solution.

So as to deal with this growing threat, Sophos on Monday informed the launch of Sophos Anti-Virus Home Edition for Mac

In the previous month, Panda Security introduced their $49.95 Panda Antivirus for Macintosh, noting that their labs see about 500 new Mac-specific threats every month. Panda states that phishing and other social engineering attacks aren’t clear to any platform. It is reported by Sophos that a number of other threat types have influence on the Mac platform consisting of malware disguised as pirated software on P2P sites. In addition, there are other erotic video links that ask for a codec which turns out to be malicious, and Windows malware passed using the Mac as a carrier.

According to Graham Cluley, senior technology consultant at Sophos, Apple has tacitly admitted the trouble. However, most people don’t know that Apple acknowledged the malware problem by integrating rudimentary protection against a handful of Mac Trojans in Snow Leopard. Sophos also stated that the product supplies automatic on-access detection that runs in the background, which means Mac users don’t need to run any manual scans…Moreover, strong disinfection capabilities make it easy to clean-up an infection and malware that already be in place.

At the current time, Sophos Anti-Virus Home Edition for Mac is available for download. Sophos has also set up a dedicated Mac support forum to help consumers with Mac-related malware problems.

Method

1: Here's how you can get Folder Options back..

1: Open Start menu and from there select Run

2: type gpedit.msc and hit enter

3: now in the Group Policy window, from the left pane, select user configuration->Administrative Tempelates->windows components->Windows Explorer by highlighting it with the mouse cursor..

4: now in the right side you will see an option which says "Removes the Folder Options menu item from the Tools menu"

5: right click on this option and select properties

6: now in the properties under Setting tab, select Disabled and hit OK

Hide the drives in My Computer....

This is a great trick you can play on your friends. To disable the display of local or networked drives when you click My Computer.

1.Go to start->run.Type regedit.Now go to:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer

Now in the right pane create a new DWORD item and name it NoDrives(it is case sensitive). Now modify it's value and set it to 3FFFFFF (Hexadecimal) .Now restart your computer. So, now when you click on My Computer, no drives will be shown(all gone...). To enable display of drives in My Computer, simply delete this DWORD item that you created.Again restart your computer.You can now see all the drives again. Magic........lol....

1) Select any file or folder.

2) Right click on it, select 'Rename' or simply press 'F2'.

3) Press and hold the 'Alt' key. While holding the Alt key, type numbers '0160' from the numpad.

Note :- Type the numbers '0160' from the numpad, that is, the numbers present on the right side of the keyboard.
Don’t type the numbers which are present on top of the character keys.

4) Press Enter and the nameless file or folder will be created.

Navigate to your desktop. On the desktop, right-click and go to New, then to Shortcut (in other words, create a new shortcut). You should now see a pop-up window instructing you to enter a command line path.

Use this path in "Type Location of the Item"
SHUTDOWN -s -t 01
If the C: drive is not your local hard drive, then replace "C" with the correct letter of the hard drive. Click the "Next" button. Name the shortcut and click the "Finish" button. Now whenever you want to shut down, just click on this shortcut and you're done.
